My parents are divorced and my dad has been doing strange thing like putting tape recorders in my moms car and like cameras, etc. its freaking me out;; what do i do?!

  Tell him that you know what he is doing and you would like him to stop. Let him know that he is creeping you out and that it isnt right to invade your privacy and your mother’s too. Let him know that you are uncomfortable with his behaviour and you appreciate him respecting your privacy in the future.
