I have a camera that takes video and saves it as an .AVI, I was wondering though if there was a small program I could load onto my SD card that would just automatically compress the .avi’s into .mpegs once they were created. My SD card is 2 gig, and that will fill up in like 3 minutes of recording on this camera.
Other info, its one of those spy style cameras that look like a car keychain, so being able to record longer times is kind of important.
I have a PC program that converts, but I was hoping it could convert itself within the camera on the fly.
These are spy pictures and video taken without permission with watches, key chains, pens or eye glasses cameras without audio? Are they legal to use for surveillance and investigations?

I am doing homeschool and i am on my computer doing my homework every day and every once and a while i will hear a strange sound comming from somewhere in the room i think that there is a walkie talkie in the room or maybe a camera, my dad works in security stuff and says that he deals with computer secutity and cameras and stuff, he works for hill air force base, he is not supposed to tell anybody what he does for a living and thats all that i got out of him, he could be putting cameras in my house to see what i am doing all of the time or putting recorders to hear what i am doing on the computer or something cuz i like to watch netflix videos and i am not supposed to watch netflix untill i am done with my school work but i need a break every once and a while so i watch half an episode of dexter every two hours or so, because they really dont understand that i can only take so much time at a computer screen alone doing nothing but school work, especially because im ADHD im wondering if he might have installed a program on the computer to monitor what i am doing on the computer, i mean after all this isnt the first time hes done that but i could see the software (after i got busted for looking at porno) but after that i figured out what that little icon at the bottom right of my computer was and i even geussed the password ;D but if he does it again he could hide the program so i cant find it, if there is some kind of software out there that reveals ALL hidden content on the computer and or find software that tells me every download that this computer has had even after the download or download history has been deleated, i am verry paranoid and its driving me NUTS!!! i need to clear my mind so i know that i have privacy or that people arnt watching me.
