i want to see what my cousins are up to in their room. well, their parents room really. they always go in there and lock the door and do whatever. by the way, this is my parents house..they living here temporarily (i think) i have been trying to spy on them using the voice recorder on my phone..but the voice isn’t so clear thanks to the fan/ac. ( they were in my room at the moment). anyway…any ideas how i can spy on them?

Ok, so I "stole" a friends for our traditional April Fool’s day celebration. I was wondering if there was a small spy device like a voice recorder that I could put in the tie and have the audio recorded back on my computer or something like that? I know normally this would be like stalking but my friends and I do pranks on each other every year in good fun, and this time I want to make it even better. ANY HELP PLEASE?
Here is the background story: My sister had a boyfriend for four years. She got a new job in Boston and had to move. They tried the long distance for a bit, but they both mutually decided it wasn’t working. They decided to split. Now they would still on occasion see each other if she was visiting Miami or he flew up to Boston. In the meantime the both of them had decided to try and date other people. My sisters ex boyfriend, let’s call him Bob, began to date a 19yr old girl from Miami. He never expressed that they were in a monogamous relationship. This past month my sister, let’s call her Jane, came for a visit and spent the night at Bob’s place. Well Bob had told his 19yrs old girlfriend that she could not stay over for whatever reason. So the night Jane was there, the 19yrs old broke into the fenced house and was spying through the window. She was kicked off the property by Bob. But the next day she was back. The 19yr old stole Bob’s phone and began sending derogatory text messages to Jane acting as if it were Bob. Jane later went to Bob’s house to tell him what had happened and bob again Kicked the 19yrold out. The 19yr old over the next few weeks continued to fight with bob, had hidden a voice recorder under his bed, and when he finally dumped her she had a friend call and lie saying she had gotten in a car accident.
So, back to the main point. Last night I am on my way home from work and I received a call from a distant cousin saying "you need to call Jane right now because someone has hacked into her facebook and posted 5 pornographic very detailed Graphic pictures of her" I immediately called her, but Jane had been locked out. The abuse continued while everyone had been calling and emailing Facebook to fix it. She then posted the voice recording of them having intercourse. She then began to send messages to all of her friends to lure them to the web page so they could see. She also posted a comment saying she was pathetic, fat, etc. My cousin had hacked in for a second and took it all down, but then got kicked back out I and it all went back up. I had also received an e-mail from Jane’s gmail account because that had been hacked. Finally since Jane is in Boston and can’t do much, my mother and I called the cops to escort us to the parent’s house to put a stop to it. We showed the parents all of it and told them to do their duty as a parent and stop it. We have already filled reports with the Boston police and the Boston FBI. Facebook still does not pick up the phone or respond to any messages. The 19 yr olds dad is a lawyer and her mom is a judge so in the email that was sent to me they said she was practically untouchable and it didn’t matter who we reported it to. Also you might be asking where she got the pictures. During the long distance relationship they would send them through email to each other. She either got them from Bob’s email or Jane’s e-mail which were both hacked into.
What legal action can we take against these people? My sister, Family, and Friends are all traumatized by this event. Please I really need assistance.
I’ve been suspecting my fiance of cheating on me for the past couple of months so i put a voice recorder in the car… so far it has proven that he lies about pretty much everywhere he goes, but hasn’t proved cheating (just calling girls, but he clearly says he’s married in those conversations).. if he’s so innocent why is he lying to me? for example he told me yesterday while i was at work that he was sleeping.. only to find out on the recorder he was taking his mom for driving lessons!!!! WHY LIE??? its so innocent! so i guess i have 2 questions:
1. is it wrong of me to be "spying" on my man?
2. are his innocent lies telling me something?

the thing is, he leaves the house for 5-6 hours at a time (tells me ill b back in a hour blah blah) then all i get is LIES about where he’s been… i’m 8 months pregnant and i don’t want to keep the relationship going if he’s cheating on US!
oh i’ve only had the recorder in there 1 day!!!! but i kind of feel guilty about it
i don’t nag him, i let him do whatever he wants… its just when he comes home at 5 in the morning i have a right to ask where he’s been.. this is an every-other-day thing now and i can’t handle the sleepless nights anymore! i’m a good person i don’t nag at him or yell at him and i think he’s taking advantage of that
Make a long story short, I cheated on my bf a couple years ago. And since that time, he said that he would forgive me when I told him that I would never do it again. But since then, I have found that he is spying on me, everything from putting a tracking device in my car and voice recorder in our house.
Im not sure if I deserve this because I cheated. I havent cheated since, and will never do it again.

I feel like my parents know exactly what I say or do when I am out of the house. They can repeat my conversations that I had with my bf. When I am at home alone, they sometimes casually mention what I do a day later. WHAT do they have that helps them do this. Is it a secret camera?? Is it a voice recorder spy thing??? How can I get rid of these gadgets if it is because of that.
My friend had a lot of drama in a relationship he was in. They were living together and she cut him of first physically(no sex) and next mentally(not talking to him). I told him to move on because nothing was left in the relationship. We both knew that her actions were of a person that wasn’t in love with him anymore. BUT that wasn’t good enough. He needed confirmation.
He buys a 15hr voice recorder and taped it to the back of the headboard on her bed. He heard her conversations with other guys. Now he has confirmation and feels better about he break up.
It pissed me off because I told him he need to move on a long time ago. Then he tells me he did this psycho stalker crap by recording her conversations and I’m just shocked. He told me like he was all happy mean while I have feelings of disgust because he would stoop so low.
I think he should have just been a Man and moved on.
